how to book
Brewery Arts Centre event tickets can be booked online through our website or by phoning or visiting our Box Office.
To book online: simply find the event you wish to attend and click the 'book tickets' icon. This will take you through to our secure Box Office ticket sales site, tickets.com.
To book by phone: Just call us on 01539 725133.
To book in person: Drop into the Brewery Box Office, and talk to one of our staff.

10am-8.30pm Mon-Sat, Sunday usually 12 noon - 8.30 pm.

Buying tickets: You can pay by cash, credit/debit card (Mastercard/Visa/Switch/Delta) or cheque payable to Kendal Brewery Arts Centre Trust Limited.
Data Protection: Ticketing records are held on computer to enable us to offer the best possible service to our customers. The information held is used only to send you details of forthcoming events or to inform you of any changes affecting your bookings. We do not pass names and addresses on to third parties without your permission.
Cinema tickets: Unreserved seats may be booked in advance but must be paid for at time of booking. Please note the Brewery Cinema is not part of the Orange 2:4:1 Wednesday promotion.
Concessionary rates: Where offered, these apply to retired over 60s, students, under 16s, people with disabilities those receiving Working Tax Credit or Jobseekers allowance on proof of ID. For music events in the Malt Room, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Family Theatre/Family tickets: 1 adult & 3 children or 2 adults & 2 children. Special offers not available over the Internet. Please call the Box Office to book these.
Support workers/carers: People with disabilities who are unable to attend events on their own are entitled to one free ticket for their support worker or carer. Proof of status is requried.
Group Bookings: Groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount (except cinema).
Refunds: We will refund theatre and music tickets or exchange up to three days in advance of the event (refunds cannot be given for any group bookings). Cinema tickets may be exchanged for another film up to the time of the film showing. Courses & workshops: these can be refunded or exchanged up to a week before the start.
All event refunds subject to £1 administration fee per ticket. Course refunds subject to £5 administration fee.
Brewery Arts Centre reserves the right to cancel or change events if this is unavoidable. We will try to contact any patrons affected and apologise in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused.
The Brewery reserves the right to refuse admission.
