Booking Information
Brewery Arts event tickets can be booked online through our website breweryarts.co.uk
If the event you are interested in is sold out, please contact our Sales Team to add your name to the waiting list.
Data Protection
Ticketing records are held on a computer to enable us to offer the best possible service to our customers. The information held is used only to send you details of forthcoming events or to inform you of any changes affecting your bookings. We do not pass names and addresses on to third parties without your permission.

Cinema Tickets
We are unable to offer any reservations; seats may be booked in advance but must be paid for at the time of booking.
Concessionary Rates
Where offered, these apply to retired over 60’s, students, under 16’s, people with disabilities those receiving Working Tax Credit or Jobseekers allowance on proof of ID. For music events in the Malt Room, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Family Theatre / Family Cinema Tickets
Applies to combinations of 1 adult plus 3 children or 2 adults plus 2 children. Special offers are not available on online booking unless specifically stated.
Support Workers and Carers
People with disabilities who are unable to attend events on their own are entitled to one free ticket for their support worker or carer. Proof of status is required.
Group Bookings
Groups of 6 or more receive a 10% discount (except cinema).
Refunds – Live Events and Cinema
Tickets are non-refundable.
The Brewery Arts Centre reserves the right to cancel or change events if this is unavoidable. In this instance, we will contact any patrons affected and offer a transfer to the new date (if applicable), a credit voucher, or a full refund.
Refunds – Courses and Workshops
Brewery Arts Centre Creative Learning courses and workshops can be refunded or exchanged (subject to availability) up to 1 week before the start date.
Brewery Arts reserves the right to refuse admission.
