Get ready to make some magical memories with family and friends this Christmas! From spectacular live performances to festive food, we’ve got everything you need to get into the Christmas spirit.

Bring your kids or grandkids along for some Christmas magic this winter as The Man Who Wanted to be a Penguin comes to the theatre from 13-24 December. This Christmas show will take you on an epic adventure filled with laughter, joy and inspiring tales.

Dance the night away at the ABBA Reunion – Christmas Special! Whether you’re a “Dancing Queen” or just love a good sing-along, this evening is sure to get you in the festive mood. If you’re seeking an electrifying night out, don’t miss The Seals performance on 20 December!

If you’re looking to have a laugh, come along to our Comedy Club on 18 December for an evening of hilarious stand-up with Tony Cowards, Liam Pickford, Michael Carter and Dave Williams.

Food never fails to bring everyone together at Christmas. If you’re yet to decide who’s carving the turkey, look no further than our chefs. We’re serving up a festive feast, with a 3-course menu featuring all the Christmas classics!

Stage on Screen

Add some magic to your days this winter with incredible performances by The Royal Ballet on the big screen. Discover an ethereal world where fairies bring gifts, where pumpkins turn into carriages, and where true love awaits in Cinderella on 12 December.

On 21 and 22 December join us for a screening of The Nutcracker and marvel at the brilliance of Tchaikovsky’s score, as Clara and her enchanted Nutcracker fight the Mouse King and visit the Sugar Plum Fairy in the glittering Kingdom of Sweets.

Complete the Stage On Screen experience with Prosecco and Canapés, available to enjoy during the interval.

Creative Learning

Join our Make a Penguin Puppet crafting session from 14-23 December. Inspired by our Christmas Show, The Man Who Wanted to be a Penguin, we have everything you need to create your very own penguin. We even have a puppet theatre where you can bring your puppets to life!

For tots and young creatives we also have relaxed arts workshops including Art Explorers on 3 December, Mini Movers on 5 December and Mini Movies on 6 December. Come along to learn, play, be inspired, and spend quality time together.

Northern Lights: Brewery Youth Exhibition

5 December – 26 January | Tue – Sat, 11am – 5pm | Sugar Store & Foyer Gallery | Free

A celebration and showcase of the artwork created by the young artists from the Brewery Youth Arts Courses: Mini Art Explorers, Art Explorers, Artseen, Artseen Advanced, Clay Club, and Makers Club.

Our young artists have been captivated by the magic of the Northern Lights and channelled this inspiration, guided by our professional artist tutors, to create their own artwork.

Join us for a delicious Christmas meal! Our set menu is £28.50 per person for a 3-course festive feast. We’ve got all the season’s classics including Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, as well as gluten free and vegetarian options. Take a look at our Festive Menu.
