We are delighted to announce that we have partnered with Nimbus Disability, creator of the Access Card, to make ticketing and access to Brewery Arts more inclusive for customers with verified accessibility requirements.
We are especially excited to announce that as of now, for Access Card holders, online booking is now available for the majority of access seating and ticketing types.
The Access Card is a photo ID that translates a person’s disability or impairment into symbols, highlighting the barriers they face and the reasonable adjustments they might need.
The full Access Card costs £15 and remains valid for 3 years and can be used in our cinema or for live performances. The card can be used at over 2,000 events and venues across the UK and beyond, including theme parks as well as live music events, festivals, museums, zoos, and much more.
There is also a free route: Brewery Arts Digital Access Pass. You will need to follow the same application process but receive a confirmation email with your Digital Access Pass number, not a physical card and the access pass is only valid at Brewery Arts. Brewery Arts Digital Pass also lasts 3 years and you can always upgrade to a full Access Card at any point.

If you do not have a Brewery Arts account, one will be created for you complete with your linked access symbols and entitlements. Account access can then be gained by using your email address clicking the ‘Forgot my Password’ link and creating a new password. You will then be able to log in and select tickets that meet your access requirements.
Nimbus is a Social Enterprise that has received international recognition for operating the Access Card Scheme. Nimbus is run by, and for, disabled people. The system offers greater privacy, as disabled people with access requirements will no longer need to carry supporting documents or explain circumstances to staff. You’ll only need to supply information once to the Nimbus team, who can then issue you with an Access Card. To apply for an Access Card visit www.accesscard.online.
We continue to accept other forms of accessibility entitlement, including the CEA card. At Brewery Arts, our commitment to accessibility is unwavering. We’re here to assist you in person, by phone, or via email if you have any questions or need support.
We look forward to welcoming you.
