Our annual exhibition showcases the talent of local artists, with artwork selected from our open submission. This is to present an undeniably diverse and distinctive range of voices from around Cumbria. This exhibition is open to applicants aged 18 and over.
Artists are due to be announced at a later date.
If you would like to submit your work, please read the Open Exhibition Guidelines and complete the Artwork Submissions Form. We can’t wait to see your wonderful art soon!

Exhibition Timeline:
- 13th Feb – Sales and Submissions Portal (on the website) goes live. Artwork images to be sent to exhibitions@breweryarts.co.uk
- 18th Apr – Final submission and payment submission date
- 23rd & 24th Apr – Selection panel view work and make decisions
- 25th Apr – Artists advised of selection decisions
- 20th May – Selected works to be delivered to BA between 11am and 1pm
- 21st & 22nd May – Hanging / Installation of Exhibition
- 23rd May – Exhibition Opens
- 23rd May – Private View, 5.30-7.30pm
- 17th Jul – Prize Giving and Celebration Event, 6-7.30pm (announcements made at 6.30pm approx.).
- 19th Jul – Exhibition Ends
- 21st July – Exhibition uninstalled
- 22nd July – Collection of unsold artwork between 11 and 1pm
