Brewery Tots: Mini Movies is a fun and relaxed session, which invites children under 4 years old to watch a short family-friendly film and engage with creative activities linked to the story. The aim of these sessions is to spend time with your little one whilst helping your baby or toddler develop their creativity through a range of arts and crafts. The activities will be play focussed, developing your child’s independence and confidence, exploring textures, colours, shapes, mark-making and assembling by looking creatively at the characters and themes in the films.
Important information
A parent, carer or guardian must accompany and supervise their child during Brewery Tots: Mini Movies and all adults are encouraged to get involved.
The cost of the session includes a warm drink for adults and juice for children.
There are no classes during the weeks beginning 28 October (half term) and 18 November (Kendal Mountain Festival).
What do I need to bring?
Please wear clothes you feel comfortable in.
About the tutor
Helena McGregor is a visual artist and a qualified Art Teacher with over 10 years of experience in UK and International Schools and now is part of our Creative Learning team at Brewery Arts. Helena really enjoys the playful and exploratory approach to creativity that comes with teaching the under 4’s. She encourages messy play, mark making and exploring different materials and textures within fun craft activities.

Audio Description (AD) is available in Screen 1. Infrared audio system is available in both Cinema Screens 1 and 2. Induction loops (T) are in place in the Theatre, please ask for assistance on the door.
Some live events may carry strict age restrictions, these are outlined on our website. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times during evening events.
