An open dance class for all abilities, aimed at over 60s. The class involves moving together to a variety of music, exploring different styles, and creating movement in a fun, supportive and sociable atmosphere.

Important Information
There are no sessions during the weeks beginning 28 October (half term) and 18 November (Kendal Mountain Festival).
What do I need to bring with me?
Please come ready to dance in comfortable clothes that you can move in, long hair should be tied back and jewellery removed. Bring your own water in a bottle.

About the tutor
A previous Brewery Youth Dance member, Emily has been delivering sessions at The Brewery as well as other settings, since gaining her Dance degree in 2016. She enjoys sharing her love of dance with those she teaches. Emily’s style of movement is grounded in contemporary technique, creative dance and human connection, in the studio and with an audience.

Some live events may carry strict age restrictions, these are outlined on our website. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times during evening events.
